General

• Laurent De Martin is the sole contractual partner of participants regarding their participation in the Giveaway.
• There is no entry fee.
• Participation is open worldwide to all individuals.
• By participating, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.

How to enter

Entry steps:

1. Comment: Comment on the Giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook with “Kitted” and tag 2 friends you’d shred with.
2. Answer DM: After commenting, you’ll receive an automated direct message via ManyChat with the following steps:
   _ Consent to data processing (see Data Protection section below)
   _ Provide your email address
3. Done: After completing all steps, you’re entered.

Bonus – Double your chances (optional):

• Share our giveaway visual to your Instagram Story, tag and follow @laurentdm
• Each story share counts as one additional entry

Important:

• Only complete entries (comment + fully completed DM questions including email) will be considered.
• Each email address counts as one entry.
• Each story share with @laurentdm tag counts as one additional entry.
• Entries via automated systems or bots are not permitted.

Important:

• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.
• Shipping costs are included.
• Winners are responsible for any local taxes or customs fees.
• Ski sizes and clothing sizes will be confirmed with the winners after the announcement.

Winner selection & announcement

• Three winners will be selected through a random draw among all valid entries.
• Winners will be announced on December 15, 2025 at 8pm Zurich time (CET) via email and through our social media channels (@laurentdm).
• Winners will additionally be contacted via email and must respond within 7 days to confirm their prize and provide sizing information.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize claim expires, and a new winner will be drawn.
• Legal recourse is excluded.

Data protection

• The personal data provided (email address, name, survey responses) will be used by Laurent De Martin for conducting the Giveaway and for future marketing communications, including our newsletter.
• By participating, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Laurent De Martin. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Your data will be shared with external third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Your data will be stored in accordance with Swiss data protection laws and retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above or as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

Exclusion from participation

Not eligible to participate:

• Employees of Laurent De Martin and participating brands (Simply., 686, Dakine, RDDM, Stance)

Disclaimer

• Laurent De Martin is not liable for technical problems, failures, or delays in participation (e.g., through social media platforms or ManyChat).
• Laurent De Martin is not liable for incorrectly provided email addresses or lack of reachability of participants.
• Laurent De Martin reserves the right to terminate or modify the Giveaway at any time in case of technical problems or legal reasons.

Miscellaneous

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
• Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
• Laurent De Martin reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on this page.
• This Giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or organised by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
